North Lafayette Elementary’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) invites students to “Fuel Up with Faith” through encouraging huddles, leadership opportunities, and worship. We meet before school monthly for short, student-friendly devotionals and team-building activities grounded in Hebrews 12:1–2. All are welcome to come build character, community, and courage.

Mrs. Abbott
Mrs. Alyson Abbott teaches first grade at NLE and loves supporting young learners as they grow each day. She is grateful to serve as a sponsor for the school’s FCA club and enjoys being involved in the school environment. Outside of school, Mrs. Abbott attends Cowboy Church of Lafayette and serves in leadership with Story of Hope Ministry in Walker County. She is married to her husband, Jaden, and is a proud dog mom to her three pups. She loves traveling and spending time with friends and family, and she is passionate about encouraging others and making a positive impact in the lives of children and families in our community.
