MISSION STATEMENT
The North LaFayette Elementary media program will provide media services and resources to support students learning and our instructional staff. The Media center will provide students with a safe, comfortable, and caring learning environment where they can become effective users of information and ideas. The Media Center will support learning through effective resources and tools to implement learning in the classroom. A variety of resources and learning opportunities will be available to students to extend their learning experiences and knowledge. The Media Center will provide curriculum to reinforce standards and help to foster the development of critical thinking skills. The media center will provide students, staff, and stakeholders a place to read, utilize technology, develop projects, and research to develop skills that promote life-long learning.
